Creating a sense of the industrial through materiality in an apartment building in down town Canning Town regeneration area, a planning consent was achieved on Phase 01 of a 2 phase development, for 8 apartments for London Eco Homes.
Working with Newham Planning, a bold pallet of contrasting materials including high reflection aluminium, black charred brick and mortar foster a sense of place, that of edge, the industrial and the loft.
